Emergency Repairs

Howards use an online Maintenance Request form for repairs and have a commitment to resolve issues quickly and reliably. Using this system allows you to report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This online form helps us to receive the information that we need in order to understand your problem. Repairs for non-emergencies that are reported online are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telephone or by email.

Emergency Repairs should also be reported to us by the Maintenance Request form.

If the agent or contractor visits your property and it is not deemed an emergency you may be required to pay a call out charge.
